Policies

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Custom Signs require a upfront deposit
• Signs are not warrantied or guaranteed from exposure to weather. Outside signs will utilize Primers to imporve life in outside conditions
• Signs will eventually rust if exposed to weather or other aggressive environments
• Colors are chosen from industry pallettes. Some Variation will occur and is expected
• Projects not picked up and paid after more than 30 days are forfieted to Oakland Metal Craft. No refunds will be applied
